Your family reunions or group events will be better because everyone can eat together while relaxing and doing the fun activities in close proximity to each other but in our spacious rental house and loft cabins, we offer. Book our entire property - our Rental House and cabins for your event.

Amenities:

Our lakehouse is 2200 sq feet and sleeps 8 comfortably. 2200 sq ft rental house with carport and covered porch. Three bedrooms three bath house, each bedroom has cable, flat screen TV, queen size beds, and closets. There is a den with a gas fireplace and queen size sleeper sofa, a living room with flat screen TV/DVD and a queen size sleeper sofa. The dining room can seat up to 8 people. a full-size kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, a 4 person table, microwave, coffeemaker, and hooded island stove. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all have beautiful views of Lake Chatuge with smoky mountains wrapping around the lake. Other amenities include a whirlpool hot tub in the courtyard, coin laundry (seasonal) boat ramp, and dock.

Our 840 sq ft loft cabins. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, with cable and flat screen TV/DVD. The loft has two twin beds which can be combined. The living room has a queen size sleeper, flat screen TV/DVD, wood burning fireplace, cathedral ceilings with fans. It comes complete with a full kitchen with microwave, coffeemaker and all utensils, one bathroom with tub and shower including all linens. central heating and air conditioning. the dining room seats 6. Two sets of French doors lead to a covered porch, rocking chairs, and a beautiful view of Lake Chatuge and the mountains wrapping around. Other amenities include a whirlpool hot tub in the courtyard, coin laundry (seasonal) boat ramp, and dock.

Activities:

We are just a short distance - 2 miles from town and activities such as dining, theater, hiking, tubing, horseback riding, Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, and the very next town to us is Helen Georgia, where there is shopping and a lot to do and see! We have gas grills, outdoor games, a fire pit, and a hot tub.

Boating and Fishing:

We have 2 Pontoon Boats, 1 Bowrider, Canoes, and Kayaks for you to rent. Lake Chatuge is known for its great fishing. Grill your catch right outside one of our rentals or enjoy a relaxing ride on one of our boats. Bring your boat and dock it at our dock for free when you rent from us.

We realize your pet is a member of your family. In that regard, one of our cabins is pet-friendly. You can contact us to find out about which designated cabin is pet-friendly and what our pet policy is.
